We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge all amounts incurred to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Cost is $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our detailed policy is available on our homepage. Key terms are summarized here:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
• Process: You must initiate a return by contacting our “Base Camp” customer service at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, Bike Helmets and Goggles are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
• Exchanges: We happily offer exchanges for size or color within the same product line, subject to availability.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Outdoor Sports Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The “Outdoor Sports Shop” name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Outdoor Sports Shop. You are not granted any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outdoor Sports Shop, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
