🎁 Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Ideal for budget-conscious adventurers planning ahead.
Note: All times are estimates and start once your order leaves our Colorado warehouse. Some remote regions and specific areas in Asia may be excluded.
How long does order processing take?
Our warehouse team in Arvada, Colorado, carefully prepares your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We double-check every item to ensure it meets our quality standards before it ships.
Do you ship internationally? What about PO boxes?
Yes! We ship worldwide to bring premium outdoor gear to adventurers across the globe (some remote regions and specific areas in Asia may be excluded). We can deliver to PO boxes for both shipping options, though delivery times may vary slightly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
